Humboldt Properties Portfolio

Presenting our portfolio of 11 residentially zoned properties near Delaware Park in Buffalo, New York. Originally built as homes and later converted into offices, these properties are located along the northern edge of the former Medaille University campus, now home to the Buffalo Academy of Science Charter School. We are excited to announce plans to transform these office spaces into multifamily housing, with the project scheduled for completion in 2026.
