With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Justin has been involved in over $250 million worth of transactions, including over $120 million in recapitalizations and more than $100 million in new construction. His expertise in due diligence, financial analysis, and capitalization plays a key role in driving the firm’s strategy for acquiring, developing, and managing high-performing real estate assets.Before founding Dofi Properties, Justin held a Senior Associate role at Woodvale, where he contributed to the company’s growth through successful deals and strategic asset management. Justin holds a BA in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
